Fontanabianca is owned and operated by the Pola and Ferro families. Both families tend to the 22.5 vineyard acres located in the famous Barbaresco wine zone (Piedmont region in the township of Neive). This winery has been in both families for generations and each family member shares with dedication their hard labor to produce the best vineyards possible. The vineyards are spread out in three different locations. In each, the appropriate grape variety has been planted in order to best take advantage of the natural habitat conditions. The Pola and Ferro families are particularly proud of their Barbaresco wine produced from the Sori Burdin vineyard. (Consulting enologist is Beppe Caviola)
